Rock Point Peninsula
The Epicopal Diocese of Vermont
Burlington, Vermont
Rock Point, the rugged peninsula that embraces the north end of Burlington Bay in Lake Champlain, is visited year round by geologists, naturalists, school groups and local residents for its rich composition of unusual natural features and fascinating human history. The Episcopal Diocese of Vermont, the owners since 1854, commissioned Cynthia Knauf to help them develop a mission statement and land use management plan for protecting the property as a vital educational, recreational and spiritual resource.

Home Farm Resort
Stowe, Vermont
This old Vermont farm, which looks out to the impressive Mount Mansfield and Green Mountain range, was renovated into a family resort with a guesthouse, cottages, game room, hot tub pavilion and pool. The flow of parking, walkways, garden patios and recreational areas, and the integration of these outdoor elements with the buildings was the result of sound master planning and collaboration with the architect. The entire complex blends with the agrarian setting and provides a restful vacation experience for families.
